- You need 3 of Eggs.
- You need of Quarter of Red Onion.
- It's Half of a handful of Spinach.
- Prepare 2 Tbsp of Butter.
- It's 1 Tsp of Garlic Pepper.
- You need Half of Tsp of Salt.
- You need Half of Tsp of Paprika.
- You need 2 Slices of Bread(Adjust as necessary).
Simple Scrambled Eggs with Toast step by step
- Heat your pan, add the butter and the garlic pepper. Stir to combine flavours.
- Slice the onion, and add to the frying pan. Stir until onions are covered in the butter mix and put a lid on it. Put the heat on medium and let it cook for 3 to 5 mins.
- Open the lid. Add the eggs and stir vigorously. Season with the salt and paprika and stir constantly on high heat for 30 seconds to a minute.
- Add the spinach and cook until spinach is wilted(or half wilted depending on your preference) for quicker results put a lid, and lower the heat to medium so as not to burn the eggs..
