- Prepare 1/2 litre of milk.
- You need 3 tbsp of sugar.
- You need 30 gm of china grass.
- It's 1/2 cup of grated chocolate.
- It's 1/4 cup of cream.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of strawberry crush or any fruit preserve.
- You need 1/4 cup of chopped nuts.
- Prepare 1 cup of water.
- You need of to give a small twist I add some cornflakes.
Milk Chocolate Pudding instructions
- Firstly soak china grass in a cup of water..
- Boil Milk, add sugar in it and reduce it..
- Remember not to reduce it too much. [we should have 3/4 quantity of milk left].
- Now add soaked china grass. And stir it continuously so that china grass gets dissolved properly without forming lumps..
- Now remove it from flame. Add chopped nuts, cornflakes and strawberry crush stir all in..
- Pour this milk mix in nice pudding bowls and allow it to set. [ refrigerate].
- Now in a sauce pan add grated chocolate. Keep it on a low flame..
- Once the choc starts melting add cream and remove it from flame..
- Mix it well add some chopped nuts..
- I also add very little strawberry crush in choc.
- Now allow it to cool..
- Once it gets cool. Pour this over our milk pudding allow this to set..
- Serve it chill!.
