- Take a wok add clarified butter, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, fry it 1 min till aroma start comes..
- Then add Vermicelli (Saiwaiyan), fry it 2-3 mins. then add dry fruit, water, sugar and mix it all ingredients then cover it until water get dry..
- Vermicelli (Saiwaiyan) is ready. Garnish with dry fruit & desiccated coconut..
