Ingredients of Sawaiyaan
- You need of Ghee half cup.
- Prepare of Bay leaf 1.
- Prepare 2 of Cinnamon.
- It's 5 of Green cardamom.
- You need 250 gm of Sawaiyaan (vermicelli).
- Prepare 1 cup of Sugar.
- You need 2 glasses of Water.
- You need of Dry fruits for garnish.
Sawaiyaan instructions
- Take a pot add ghee, bay leaf, cinnamon, Green Cardomom & fry till aroma comes..
- Then add vermicelli and make fry for 2 minute then add sugar in it and add water. Cover it to cook for 5-7 minute at medium flame..
- Uncover the pot and cook until the water get dry..
- Sawaiyan is ready. Garnish with dry fruits.
