Add spices - 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, Dhaniya powder 1/2 tsp, Garam masala 1 tsp, Kashmiri mirch powder 1/2 tsp, Salt to taste. Cook till the onion and tomatos are nicely done. Then add 4 tsp curd and stir for 2 min in low flame..
  3. Let it cool down completely and then make a fine paste of it..
  4. Now smoke the Mushroom pieces. I used the gas stove. Also cut one medium sized onion in pallets and a small Capsicum in pieces..
  5. In a hot pan, add 2 tsp ghee. Add jeera and stir for 1 min. Then add the onion and capsicums to it. Cook till onions changes it's colour..
  6. Then add the gravy and cook for 3 min in low flame. Once the gravy started thickening add the mushroom pieces. Mix well and cook for 4-5 min in lower flame. Add jaggery powder to balance the taste. At last add some kasuri methi and off the flame..
  7. Serve hot with Roti, Parantha, Pulao, Bread.
