- Prepare 15-20 of Mini idlis.
- Prepare 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
- Prepare as needed of Oil.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 3-4 of fresh garlic cloves.
- Prepare 2 of spring onion bunch.
- It's 4-5 of chopped curry leaves.
- It's 2-3 of green chillies.
- You need 1 tbsp of soya sauce.
- You need 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of shezwan sauce.
- It's 1 tsp of hot sauce.
- You need 1 bunch of coriander leaves chopped.
Masaledar Idli step by step
- Prepare mini idlis..take oil in a pan add mustard seeds some red chilli powder and little water..saute idli for a while..keep aside.
- Now take a pan add oil, fresh chopped garlic saute well..add spring onion,green chillies,curry leaves,soya sauce,tomato ketchup,hot sauce,shezwan sauce and salt..mix all togther..add little water and make it lik gravy..now add this red idlis to the gravy..mix well and garnish with coriande leaves...
