- You need 1 cup of Wheat flour.
- It's 2-3 spoon of Suji.
- You need 1/2 cup of Urad dal.
- Prepare 2-3 tsp of Oil (for mixing the dough).
- You need 1 Pinch of Asafoetida (hing).
- Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Ginger paste.
- You need 1 tsp of Green chilli paste.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Prepare as required of Water (for kneading the dough).

- Firstly wash urad dal with water 3-4 times then soak it in water for 3-4 hours..
- Now drain out the water from soaked dal then keep it in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely..
- Now in a big utensil add ground urad dal, wheat flour, suji, oil and all spices then mix them well..
- Now divide the dough into small portions, and roll it with the help of rolling pin to make poori..
- Take a pan and heat oil on medium flame, then slip the poori in hot oil and press it little with a frying spoon. Then turn it to fry from another side till it turns golden brown..
- Remove the poori in a plate and fry all poories in the same way, Crispy Urad Dal Poories are ready to eat, serve it with Aalu Masala Sabji..
