- "Collect all ingredients. Clean, washed and soaked urad daal in enough water in a bowl for 30min. Drain well. Combined the urad dal and 1/2 cup of water in a mixture jar. Make a thick paste. In a paste add, turmeric, pinch soda, garam masala, jeera, light salt and mix well."
