Karhi Pakora instructions
- In a bowl add yogurt & gram flour and whisk is with hand blender till there is no lumps..
- In a pan add 2-3 Tbs oil and cook onions until changed it's colour, then add ginger garlic paste, stir..
- Add gram flour mixture with dry spices, stir and let it boil. Cook it on low heat at least for 1 hr and stir occasionally..
- It will reduce almost half and also thick. Turn off the heat it's ready..
