- Sieve plain flour, baking soda and baking powder for 3-4 times..
- Add flour sieved in 2-3 parts with spetula in egg batter and fold..
- Add milk and make smooth batter. Take cupcake tray and fill each cup with 3/4 batter..
- Bake 15-18 mins on 180 C or till toothpick become clear..
- Let them cool down and then add frosting..
