1. Heat a tawa dry roast ¼ cup urad dal on low flame.roast until the dal turns aroma.Try to hold the roasted urad dal in your palms you shouldn't be able to hold it should be hot enough..
2. Cool completely, and blend to a fine powder.sieve the urad dal flour..
