4. Masala bhun jaye to aalu kaat lein square shape me ke daal dein or muttr cheel ke add karein.
5. 1/2 glass pani daal lein take aalu mattur gal jayen..
6. Alu mttr gal jayen to usme 5 glass pani add karein or salt check krlen.
7. Chawal add karein or medium flame par pakayen 5-10 min or jab pani khushk hojahen to chawalon ko damm par rakh dein..
8. Chutney ya raita ke sath serve krlen.
